Return Policy

This return policy applies to all purchases made by the buyer from GES Ltd. The buyer shall comply with the following terms and conditions once they initiate a return or refund.

1. General Terms for Returns

GES Ltd. conduct each sale on a firm-sale basis and shall not be returned to GES Ltd. except those specifically agreed. On the return of any goods, the following terms and conditions shall be applicable:

Authorisation Requirement

No returns shall be entertained or processed by GES Ltd. without an official authorisation from a representative of the Seller. The Buyer needs to obtain this authorisation prior to initiating any return.

Condition and Eligibility of Goods

Only goods sold in a marketable condition, i.e. without damage are accepted for return. The Seller will only consider returns that are present in the current Publication List of the Seller and should be returned in the condition in which they were cleared for dispatch.

Responsibility for Return Carriage

The Buyer will bear the carriage expenses along with the packaging to ensure that no damage occurs during shipping. Coupled with this, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to take careful measures in packaging so as to minimise the possibility of damages occurring.

Restocking Fee

Where GES Ltd. has agreed to accept the return of undamaged goods, a restocking fee will apply to the returned goods to cover the losses incurred by the Seller during this transaction. In case the Buyer fails to pay the restocking fee, it will be considered a breach of contract and will nullify any associated equipment warranties.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued solely at the discretion of GES Ltd. under the following conditions:

Submission and Return Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 working days from the date of order. Goods authorised should be returned within 15 days of authorisation and must be in undamaged condition as was dispatched.

Refund Eligibility Exclusions

Refunds will not be eligible in the following cases:

1. The Buyer was aware of a fault before they purchased them or if they knowingly purchased the item for spares.

2. The item has been damaged by the Buyer as a result of improper handling, offloading, or attempts at repair.

3. The Buyer has a change of preference and no longer requires the item.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used by the Buyer. Where this is not feasible, refunds may be issued as store credit, redeemable exclusively on the GES Ltd. website.

3. Reimbursement Conditions

GES Ltd. will credit reimbursements to the Buyer’s original payment method or issue a credit note on their customer file. The Buyer must have an authorised payment method on file to facilitate the reimbursement process.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the Buyer needs to reach out to GES Ltd. Customer Service and get formal authorisation and instructions. All returns must adhere to the conditions and procedures specified in this policy to be eligible for processing.
